Bridgestone Battlax Motorcycle Sports Tires Featured as Original Equipment on Kawasaki Ninja H2R/H2

Tokyo (November 6, 2014) - Bridgestone is pleased to announce that its Bridgestone-brand Racing Battlax V01 and Battlax Racing Street RS10 tires will be original equipment on Kawasaki's new Ninja H2R and Ninja H2 supersport bikes,*1 introduced September 30 and November 4. Bridgestone's Battlax tires play a crucial role in maximizing performance from these supersport bikes, which are equipped with newly-developed supercharged engines to deliver intense acceleration, superb high-speed riding potential and supersport-level handling performance

Through efforts to promote adoption as original equipment, Bridgestone will continue to expand the Battlax brand worldwide.

The new tire, which is designed for use on public roads, delivers strong sport performance. Its MotoGP Technology*2 also provides improved grip (as compared to Bridgestone Battlax BT-003 Racing Street tire). This tire will be available in February, 2015. ?
